CEM has a long history of working with local authorities, academy groups and consortia around the UK to facilitate assessments across multiple schools. For the reception baseline assessment, we are offering support to help you provide advice, guidance and training to your schools. We will also work with you should you wish to make special arrangements for a whole group.

Why CEM and why BASE:
- Our track record: Over 3.6 million assessments have been carried out using our PIPS baseline assessment for reception since its launch in 1994. BASE is built upon the research and experience we have gained from PIPS.
- Support: We provide in-school or authority-wide training on how to carry out the assessments and interpret the data, to ease the implementation process and ensure schools get the most valuable insight from the feedback.
- BASE provides the information you need: Customised reports can be set up to provide you with overview information for all schools within your group, enabling you to monitor and compare pupil learning across the board.
