Questions such as increasing funding for primary age children, a national funding formula and reducing the role of local authorities have been raised in a series of essays on funding.
The essays have been published by the Nation Association of Head teachers and include contributions from heads, experts from the Institute of Financial Studies, councils, think tanks and MPs.
The publication will add to the on-going debate about a new fair funding formula, which has been developing since the Government announced its intention to examine the issue again.
